Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: (Length × Width × Height) / 5000, where dimensions are in centimeters. We charge based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. For example, a package measuring 50cm × 40cm × 30cm has a volumetric weight of (50×40×30)/5000 = 12kg.

Prohibited items include: firearms and ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic substances, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, perishable foods, live animals, and items restricted by destination country customs. Please check our detailed prohibited items list before shipping.

We offer 180 days of free storage for all packages. After this period, a storage fee of $1/day will be charged. We recommend consolidating and shipping your packages within this timeframe to avoid additional charges.

Yes, we offer optional shipping insurance at 3% of the declared value. This covers loss or damage during transit. To claim insurance, you must provide proof of value (invoice or receipt) and file a claim within 30 days of the incident.
